1936年に東京・高円寺で創業したチヨダ靴店が起源。
1977年に低価格の「東京靴卸売センター」を開き、1994年には大型靴専門店「シュープラザチヨダ」を始めた。「東京靴流通センター」などを全国に展開する靴専門店チェーンで、2024年に衣料品事業から撤退した。
