1914年に設立された松本米穀製粉が起源。
1930年に名古屋製粉、1954年に中央製粉を吸収合併し、2006年に富士製粉と合併した。三菱商事の子会社の製粉メーカーで、ベトナムとタイにも拠点を持つ。
