1963年に四国の電気工事会社4社の合併で設立された南海電工が起源。
1989年に現社名となり、2012年に仁尾太陽光発電を設立して太陽光発電にも進出した。四国を地盤とする電気・設備工事会社で、2018年以降は有元温調や関西設備などを相次いで子会社化した。
