1977年に設立された一光商事が起源。
2008年に藤澤信義氏が筆頭株主に就き、韓国の貯蓄銀行やPT Bank Mutiara、ANZ Royal Bank (Cambodia)を傘下に収めた。日本・韓国・カンボジアで金融業を営むグループである。
