1947年に創業した古橋製作所が起源。
1960年にイヤホン・マイクロホンの生産を始め、1979年には業界初のカラー液晶表示素子を開発した。香港・中国・ベトナムなどに生産拠点を持つ電子部品メーカーで、コネクタや音響部品を主力とする。
