1909年に創立された豊橋瓦斯が起源。
2002年に株式移転で持株会社を設け、2008年に豊橋で複合型商業施設「ココラフロント」とホテルアークリッシュ豊橋を開業した。中部瓦斯を中核に、東三河で都市ガス・LPガス・住宅・物流を手がける。
