1966年に設立され、同年に東京設備と大恵工事を吸収合併して発足したのが起源。
1976年にガスタービン組立工場を設け、1989年には技術研究施設を開いて設備技術を磨いた。空調・衛生などの建築設備工事を手がける会社で、2025年3月期の売上高は898億円。
