1933年に設立された白石基礎工業が起源。
1952年設立のオリエンタルコンクリートの系譜と2007年に合流し、2014年に橋脚の耐震補強工法「ＲＳＰリフトアップ工法」を開発した。橋梁と基礎工事を主力とし、伊藤忠商事と資本業務提携している。
