2007年に設立された同名の会社が起源。
2021年に東京証券取引所マザーズに上場し、2022年のZOSTECから2024年のアクティアスまで子会社化を重ねた。2025年にもSPIN TECHNOLOGYなど3社との株式交換を決め、買収で事業を拡大する。
