1947年に設立された四国住宅が起源。
1955年にポリエチレン加工業へ参入して社名を大倉工業に改め、1987年には新規材料事業に乗り出した。丸亀に拠点を置く合成樹脂加工メーカーで、包装材料を軸に建材やホテル事業も手がける。
