1950年に田中たね氏が創業した緑香園が起源。
2006年の尾鷲名水設立を皮切りに各地で名水の製造拠点を展開し、2024年に御殿場工場を新設した。富士名水や東北ビバレッジなどを傘下に収め、2023年にプライム市場へ移った飲料メーカーである。
