1950年に設立された世紀建設工業が起源。
1982年に東急道路と合併して世紀東急工業となり、1989年には産業廃棄物の処理と再生製品の製造販売を事業に加えた。道路舗装を主力とする建設会社で、舗道工業や日東道路を傘下に入れ、ミャンマーにも拠点を設ける。
