1946年に設立された丸嘉商会と、1959年設立の古里鉄工所が起源。
2021年にフルサト工業とマルカが共同株式移転で持株会社を設け、2022年には中期経営計画「UNISOL」を策定した。鉄骨建築用資材と機械・工具を扱う商社グループで、2026年に計画名を社名に掲げた。
