2013年に訪問看護・訪問介護を目的に設立されたアンビスが起源。
2014年に開設した「医心館 名張」を皮切りに、医療と介護を必要とする人を受け入れる施設「医心館」を各地に展開した。医心館は2025年に全130施設となり、2023年に東京証券取引所プライム市場へ上場した。
