2018年に設立し、2019年に豊島製作所を完全子会社化したことが起源。
中小製造業の承継を重ね、上場までに東洋マークや篠原製作所など10社を傘下に収めた。2025年に東証グロース市場へ上場し、同年だけで多賀製作所ほか8社を新たに承継した。
