In October 2012 the company moved to a holding company structure and changed its name to Oji Holdings. Consolidated net sales grew from ¥1,241.4 billion in the FY ended March 2013 to ¥1,332.5 billion in the FY ended March 2014, and the workforce increased by 6,389, from 24,683 in the FY ended March 2012 to 31,072 in the FY ended March 2014. In January 2015 he moved to Representative Director and Chairman, and Susumu Yajima succeeded him as President.
