Background

He served as Senior Vice President at Electronic Arts from November 2000 and moved to Outspark as Representative Director in September 2009. He joined Nexon as Chief Financial Officer in August 2010 and became a Director the following September. He was an outsider who had handled management and finance at US game companies. On the capital side, in the FY ended December 2015 the major shareholders were NXC Corporation at 38.61% and NXMH BVBA at 19.26%, so the two founder-side holding companies held a majority.
