Selection

In June 2009 he became President, succeeding founder Kazunori Ukigawa. In April 2009, two months before he took office, the company had signed a capital and business alliance agreement with Keyence, and in June 2009 three people from Keyence, Tomohide Ideno, Masayuki Miki and Kyotaro Sekinada, became Directors. In the fiscal year ended March 2011 the top shareholder was Keyence with 43.96%, followed by Kazunori Ukigawa with 9.76%. The arrangement appears to have divided roles, entrusting the presidency to an insider with long experience in development while Keyence supplied capital and directors.
