Background
He joined Nitto Boseki in April 2013. He moved to General Manager of Compliance in July 2015, General Manager of Corporate Planning in April 2016 and General Manager of Planning and Operations for the Glass Fiber Division in May 2017, and from 2019 served as Chairman of NITTOBO ASIA Glass Fiber and General Manager of Taiwan Nitto Boseki, overseeing overseas glass fiber sites. He became an Executive Officer in April 2020, Managing Executive Officer and head of the Glass Fiber Division in April 2022, and head of the Electronic Materials Business Headquarters in April 2024.
