Initiatives

In 1999 the company took its shares public over the counter as a specialist precious metals recycler. After the move to a holding company in April 2009, consolidated net sales grew from ¥82.6 billion in FY ended March 2010 to ¥110.5 billion in FY ended March 2011. In 2015 it brought the North American refiner Asahi Refining under its umbrella, building a system to recover precious metals across three regions: Japan, North America and Asia. After his return, FY ended March 2018 brought net sales of ¥115.8 billion and operating profit of ¥13.8 billion, a turnaround from operating profit of ¥2.0 billion and a net loss of ¥4.1 billion in FY ended March 2017.
