Background

He joined Morgan Stanley Securities in July 1999, moved to Pacific Century CyberWorks Japan in January 2001 and to the Rakuten baseball club in September 2004. In August 2007 he founded BizReach and became its Representative Director and President, and in February 2020 Representative Director and President of the holding company Visional. In July 2022 he became Chairman of BizReach. In the fiscal year ended July 2025 he was the largest shareholder, holding 34.94% as an individual, giving him the capital backing of a founder.

He is the first President, with no predecessor. He founded BizReach in August 2007 and became its Representative Director and President from the start. After establishing the holding company Visional in February 2020 he served as its President, and in July 2022 he stepped down as President of the operating company BizReach to focus on overseeing the group. Even as of the fiscal year ended July 2025, after the April 2021 listing on TSE Mothers, he remained the largest shareholder, holding 34.94% as an individual.

Initiatives

He established the holding company Visional in February 2020 and listed on TSE Mothers in April 2021. Consolidated revenue grew from ¥28.7 billion in the fiscal year ended July 2021 to ¥80.2 billion in FY ended July 2025, and operating income from ¥2.4 billion to ¥21.4 billion. While revenue grew 2.8-fold, operating income grew 8.9-fold, and the operating margin rose from 8.4% to 26.7%.
