Initiatives

In 2004 the company came under the GMO group umbrella and took over the businesses of two payment processing competitors in succession. In 2015 it signed a capital and business alliance with Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group, receiving a third-party allotment of about ¥8.0 billion. Overseas, it booked an impairment on Malaysia's MACROKIOSK in the FY ended September 2020, later selling all its shares and treating it as a discontinued operation. Sales grew from ¥1.3 billion in the FY ended September 2005 to ¥82.5 billion in the FY ended September 2025, and operating income from ¥300 million to ¥31.3 billion.
