Background

He became Executive Vice President of Konami Computer Entertainment America in November 1997, working on the US business. He became a Director of Konami in June 2009 and Representative Director in June 2011. In the FY ended March 2011, the year before he became Representative Director, the major shareholders were the Kozuki Foundation for Sports and Education in first place with 10.80%, Kozuki Holding second with 10.45%, and Kozuki Capital fifth with 4.90%, so three founding-family entities held 26.15%.
