Background
He joined Oriental Land in April 1981. For two years from April 2007 he was Representative Director and President of group company Ikspiari, and in April 2009 he became an Executive Officer of the parent. It took him 28 years from joining to become an Executive Officer, during which he ran a subsidiary once.
