He joined in April 1984, became Executive Officer in January 2013 and Managing Executive Officer in March 2015. In his first year, the FY ended December 2024, revenue rose to ¥2,338.3 billion from ¥2,134.3 billion the previous year, while operating income fell to ¥125.3 billion and net income to ¥58.2 billion. In the FY ended December 2025 revenue reached ¥2,433.3 billion, with operating income recovering to ¥209.7 billion and net income to ¥147.5 billion.
