Background
He joined PRO in April 2003 and moved to Systena in April 2012. He became head of the cloud business division in April 2013 and, as Executive Officer from June 2015, took charge of the new business division. He advanced to Senior Executive Officer in April 2017 and Director in June 2018, also heading the administration headquarters from January 2024, and became Senior Managing Director that June.

In April 2026 he succeeded Kenji Miura as Director and President. The promotion came 14 years after he moved to Systena and eight years after he joined the board. In the fiscal year ended March 2026, the year before he took office, consolidated net sales were ¥94.4 billion and operating income ¥15.4 billion, up in both from ¥83.6 billion and ¥12.1 billion the previous year. His predecessor Miura remains the tenth-largest shareholder, holding 0.81% at that fiscal year-end.
