Background
He joined Kameda Seika in March 1976 and from February 1998 was President of HAIHA-KAMEDA JOINT VENTURE, a joint venture in Vietnam. He became Executive Officer and general manager of general affairs in July 2003, Director, Managing Executive Officer and head of corporate management in June 2007, and Representative Director and Executive Vice President in June 2012. He came up through administration, in general affairs and corporate management, and also had experience running an overseas joint venture. It took 39 years from joining to the presidency.
