1980年に愛知県の中古車買取販売業者が集まって設立した愛知自動車総合サービスが起源。
1982年開設のUSS名古屋会場で、価格決定から決済・引き渡しまでを会場が引き受けるオートオークションを広めた。
中古車オークション市場で約3割を占める最大手である。
