Selection
In April 2024 he succeeded Ichiro Ozeki as President. Like his predecessor, he had served as President of SECOM General Insurance. In the fiscal year ended March 2024, the year before he took over, consolidated net sales were ¥1,154.7 billion, operating income ¥140.7 billion and net income ¥101.9 billion, continuing a run of sales growth.
Initiatives
In his first fiscal year, ended March 2025, consolidated net sales were ¥1,199.9 billion, operating income ¥144.3 billion and net income ¥108.1 billion, all above the previous year's ¥1,154.7 billion, ¥140.7 billion and ¥101.9 billion. Two years into his tenure, only one full fiscal year of results is available to measure it by.
