The change came ten months after he became Representative Director and Executive Vice President. The appointment appears to have aimed to apply his record leading the sales headquarters to reshaping the order mix.

Consolidated net sales grew from ¥395.8 billion in FY ended March 2023 to ¥476.1 billion in FY ended March 2026, and operating profit from ¥32.1 billion to ¥54.6 billion. Profit grew faster than sales, and the operating margin rose from 8.1% to 11.5%.
