Background
He joined NTT DATA in April 1990 and was seconded to NTT Data Institute of Management Consulting in May 1997. He moved to Hirose Electric in February 2002, becoming Executive Officer in June 2019, Director and head of the Administration Division in June 2021 and Senior Managing Director in June 2024. A mid-career hire from the information services industry, he reached the presidency through administration rather than the connector engineering divisions.
