He joined MinebeaMitsumi in April 1984, served as head of the Cambodia Business Promotion Office in the Corporate Planning Department of the Business and Planning Division from December 2010, and as General Manager of Operations in the Electronic Devices Manufacturing Headquarters and head of the Vertical Integration Improvement Office from December 2013. He became an Executive Officer in June 2014, Deputy Head of the Business Administration Headquarters and General Manager of Business Administration in June 2016, and was placed in charge of the Business Administration and Planning Division in April 2019.
