Background
He joined Amada in April 1987 and, in January 2016, his 29th year with the company, became president of Amada Advanced Technology. He advanced to Senior Executive Officer in April 2018 and Managing Executive Officer in April 2020, became Director and Managing Executive Officer in June 2021 and Director and Senior Managing Executive Officer in April 2022, and rose to Representative Director, President and Executive Officer in April 2023. It took two years from joining the board to becoming president.
