Background
He joined The Japan Steel Works in April 1984. He became an Executive Officer in April 2016, Director and Managing Executive Officer in June 2017 and Representative Director and Executive Vice President in April 2020. It took him 32 years from joining to become an Executive Officer and six more to become President; a career employee, he climbed the internal ladder step by step.
