It took him five years from joining the executive ranks to the presidency.
Selection
In April 2023 he succeeded Hiromi Toya as President. In the year before his appointment, the fiscal year ended March 2023, consolidated revenue was ¥141.3 billion, operating profit ¥20.0 billion and net income ¥23.4 billion, a year in which net income had tripled in two years from revenue of ¥88.9 billion and net income of ¥7.7 billion in the FY ended March 2021. The change came right after results had peaked.

Consolidated revenue during his tenure moved to ¥138.0 billion in the fiscal year ended March 2024, ¥141.9 billion in the FY ended March 2025 and ¥127.3 billion in the FY ended March 2026, never exceeding the ¥141.3 billion of the year before his appointment. Operating profit also fell from ¥20.0 billion in the FY ended March 2023 to ¥19.1 billion, ¥17.1 billion and ¥13.4 billion. The annual securities reports yield no facts that can be identified as decisions during his tenure, so only the trend in results is given here.
