In the fiscal year ended March 2022, his first year, operating profit fell from ¥98.9 billion to ¥34.8 billion. Operating revenue then rose to ¥317.7 billion in the FY ended March 2025, and in the FY ended March 2026 operating profit of ¥100.4 billion and net income of ¥79.6 billion exceeded the levels of the year before he took office. Operating profit, however, swung down to ¥58.6 billion in the FY ended March 2025, so profits fluctuated widely behind the revenue growth.
