          "text": "東洋拓殖株式会社法は1908年8月27日に日韓両国が法律をもって公布した。同法は総裁1人・副総裁2人・理事4人以上・監事3人以上を置くものとし、総裁は日本人として政府がこれを命じ、任期を5年と定めた。理事は株主総会が所有株50株以上の株主から候補者を選挙したうえで政府が命じ、監事は株主総会が選挙したのに対し、総裁の選任に株主総会は関わらなかった。1908年12月28日の設立と同時に、宇佐川一正氏が総裁として他の重役とともに任命された。"

          "text": "東洋拓殖は設立2日後の1908年12月30日、東京市麹町区内山下町の東洋協会内に仮事務所を設けて創業準備の事務にあたり、1909年1月29日から京城の本店で業務を開始した。設立時は資本金1000万円、日韓両国人を株主とする株式会社で、業務は朝鮮での拓殖事業に限られていた。1910年8月の日韓併合の後は事業が順調に伸びて資金需要が著しく増加し、第2回・第3回の株金払込を順次行って1913年4月に全額の払込を終えた。"
