          "text": "1970年11月に旭工業を合併し、資本金は183億円になった。以後は生産設備の増設が続く。1972年3月に多田工場を工機専門工場として、1973年4月に京都工場を大衆乗用車専門工場として、1974年4月に滋賀（竜王）工場を、それぞれ操業に入れた。在任7年で池田以外に3つの工場を立ち上げたことになり、トヨタ自動車工業との提携の下で量産を受ける側の設備を先に整えた。",
