          "text": "1972年4月14日、富士通の取締役会はNC部門の分離独立を決定し、資本金20億円の富士通ファナックを同年5月に発足させた。新会社の社長には高羅氏が就任し、専務には富士通計算制御部長の稲葉清右衛門氏が就任した。発足時の人員は約630名で、本社は富士通本社地区のある神奈川県川崎市に置かれた。NC部門の分離は、長い目で経営をみる高羅氏の判断によるものであったと稲葉氏は記している。"
