          "text": "初代小林富次郎氏には子がなく、兄の子である徳治郎氏が嗣子となった。1893年に副店主として小林富次郎商店へ入り、最初の歯磨づくりから初代を補佐した。1906年には労働条件を明文化した店則を定め、1908年に個人経営を改めて匿名組合「小林商店」（出資金30万円）を発足させ、組合代表代理として実質の経営を担った。1911年には業界に先駆けて日曜全休制を実現した。"

          "text": "歯磨の市場では他社銘柄が攻勢を強め、輸入品の「コルゲート歯磨」も入ってきて、初代とともに築いた事業の足場が崩れかねない局面にあった。そのさなかの1910年12月13日に初代富次郎氏が59歳で亡くなり、葬儀を済ませた同月19日、徳治郎氏が二代小林富次郎の名を継いだ。1913年には各地に散っていた経営幹部を東京本店に呼び集め、指示と命令はすべて本店の幹部が出す体制に切り替えた。そのうえで1918年9月、匿名組合を改めて資本金100万円の株式会社小林商店とし、自ら社長の座に就いた。"

          "text": "1912年に「歯磨専業化」を決め、開業以来取り次いできた他社の特約販売権をすべて返上した。1918年9月の株式会社小林商店発足と翌1919年8月のライオン石鹸設立で歯磨と石鹸を分け、両社の社長を兼ねた。1923年9月の関東大震災で唯一の生産拠点だった本所工場を失うと、大阪分工場の建設を決め、10月27日に出荷を再開した。同年下期の営業損金100万円余は資本金に相当した。1935年5月に東京工場へ全機能を集約し、同年12月、副社長の小林喜一氏へ社長を譲り、相談役に就任した。",
