          "text": "1913年に福島市で生まれ、1939年に東京帝国大学法学部を卒業して理研重工業に入社した。1941年に上海の三興製粉へ移り、終戦後は石油特約店の経営を経て、1955年に日本住宅公団の前身である建財へ入った。建財を紹介したのは三井不動産の江戸英雄氏で、1961年5月には同氏の紹介でオリエンタルランドの専務となった。担当は浦安の漁業権の消滅と補償の交渉で、数か月でまとめ、屋敷の売却代金の半分強を埋め立て事業へ投じている。"

          "text": "埋め立ては1975年11月に完成したが、京成電鉄の業績は石油危機で急速に悪化し、川崎千春氏は1977年8月に社長を辞任した。高橋政知氏はまず代表取締役となり、社長に就任したのは1年後の1978年8月である。代表取締役への就任時、川崎千春氏は「ディズニーの件には口出ししてはいけない」と命じ、計画を三井不動産に委ねていた。その三井不動産は計画に消極的で、計画を動かす役割を高橋政知氏へ移した人事だったとみられる。",

          "text": "1979年4月、三井不動産の反対と協調融資団の結成を待たずに、米ディズニー社との業務提携の契約に調印した。契約期間は45年を受け入れ、ロイヤルティーの対象地域を約半分に縮めている。融資では失敗時に周辺の30万坪を住宅地へ転換して返済に充てる覚書を入れ、1983年4月に東京ディズニーランドを開業した。1987年度の入場者数は1200万人を超え、銀行借入は約900億円に減少した。1988年6月に会長へ退き、森光明氏が急逝した1992年1月から6月まで再び社長を務めた。",
