          "text": "就任2年目の1976年、合弁相手のロビンテック社が経営不振に陥ると、取締役会の多数の反対を押し切って全株式を取得し、シンテックを完全子会社化した。1979年にはダウコーニング社から合弁解消の申し入れを受け、同じ優先交渉権条項を行使して信越半導体の全株式を取得している。塩ビと半導体シリコンの二つが単独経営へ移り、増産投資を相手の同意なしに決められる体制が整った。1980年には1955年当時の製品がほぼ姿を消し、ファインケミカルが売上高の4割を占めた。1980年5月期の売上高は1375億円。",
