            "text": "就任後はまず神戸・関西の煮豆・佃煮店を回り、サラダの作り方・配合・原価・陳列を示してマヨネーズを売り込んだ。1979年には業務用マヨネーズで50%を超えるシェアを握り、「業務筋の完全制覇が当面の目標」と掲げた。1994年11月に株式を店頭登録し、就任以来の目標だった株式公開を果たした。店頭登録の数年後に経常利益は13億円から3億円まで落ち、15カ月の立て直しを経て10億円へ戻った。2000年6月、炭井孝志氏へ社長を譲った。",
