          "text": "とろろ昆布の製造と販売を事業として富士昆布が神戸市東灘区に設立されたのは1960年11月7日で、1930年5月生まれの山岸八郎氏が設立時に就いた役職は専務取締役だった。同氏は姫路市で教員をしていたが、友人の求めに応じて昆布加工業者の小倉屋柳本へ移り、のちに独立して同社を起こした。2006年3月末には会長として発行済株式の10.71％を保有する筆頭株主であり、資本面の裏づけを持ち続けていた。",

          "text": "初代社長で前任はない。1960年11月の設立時は専務取締役に就任し、1年後の1961年11月に代表取締役社長へ就任した。当時の昆布加工業界は専門店や百貨店の名店街での量り売りが中心で、零細な業者による家内工業的な加工が大半だった。山岸氏は包装資材メーカーが開発したポリエチレンと防湿セロファンを貼り合わせたラミネート袋を使い、定量に包装して保存の利くとろろ昆布を作った。1963年の東京営業所を皮切りに営業拠点を広げ、当時生まれたスーパーマーケットへの全国流通を始めた。"

          "text": "昆布という単一資源の制約を避けるため主力商品を複数持つ必要があるとして、石油危機後に他の食品分野へ進んだ。1976年に漂白剤・着色料・合成保存料を使わない煮豆「おまめさん」を製品化し、1977年4月に和田山工場へ煮豆工場棟を建てて製造を開始した。1984年9月に漬物、1989年8月に惣菜へ参入し、1985年5月に商号を富士昆布からフジッコへ改めた。1990年12月に大阪証券取引所第二部へ上場し、1997年9月に東京・大阪両取引所の第一部へ指定替えとなった。"
