            "text": "1969年7月に日本国有鉄道へ入社し、その後は東日本旅客鉄道で2000年6月に常務取締役鉄道事業本部副本部長に就任した。日本電設工業は1942年12月、鉄道省の要請で電気工事指定業者121社と電気機器・電線等の指定製造業者15社の共同出資により鉄道電気工業として設立され、1949年7月に現社名へ改めた。井上氏は東日本旅客鉄道の常務取締役となった同じ2000年6月に、日本電設工業の取締役へ迎えられた。",
